Once upon a time, I was a sous chef…until I got laid off.
With all these free days, I’ve decided to start a series of food journals about two of my favorite things, cooking and eating.
How will it turn out? I haven’t got a bleepin’ clue.

Hi Mrs. T. Have you ever considered writing a cookbook?
Well, I’ve actually just started getting into the recipe-writing thing for this blog believe it or not, cooking was always intuitive for me, I rarely used measuring tools in professional kitchens for the most part. Recipe-writing is hard, to do a whole book would be a pretty daunting task, but I would love to do it. Its more difficult to think of a great concept since there are already so many great books out there.
